Design begins with a signed design agreement and a design retainer, which covers measured drawings, 3D renderings, engineering coordination and the selections work that follow. The retainer is credited toward your construction contract when you move forward with us. From there, our designers carefully measure your space and create detailed 3D renderings that let you see your future renovation before construction begins. We refine every detail together — from layout and functionality to finishes and aesthetics — until you're completely confident in the design. Once approved, we finalize the project scope and prepare everything needed for construction.

How does the design retainer work?
The retainer covers your site measurements, 3D renderings, and material selection support. 100% of the retainer is credited toward your final construction contract when you build with us.
Who will I communicate with during construction?
You'll work with one dedicated Project Manager who provides regular progress reports and schedule updates throughout your project.
How are punch-list items and final details handled?
After completion, we conduct a final review with you. Any punch-list items or adjustments are promptly resolved under our written Workmanship Warranty.
