Alex is a gem. He was a stranger at the outset and I feel he is a friend now. I wanted new counter tops and didn't have a clue how to proceed. Alex walked with me through the entire process. Perhaps the best thing he did was be honest. He never let me settle for something that would not give me complete satisfaction, from the stone to the new sink and faucet. He and his crew were so friendly and efficient that I found myself enjoying the process which I had been putting off for (literally) years. I am so totally satisfied with the end product. I highly recommend Alex, Carolina, and their team. They are expertly skilled, detail oriented, and so very careful with your home and your project. The project plan is clear and detailed, the team is proficient, polite, and extremely skilled, and from top to bottom they are committed to making you happy. My bathroom is spectacular and the entire process was pleasant. My project was a major overhaul of an ensuite primary bath — a tiny walk-in closet and a tiny bathroom that we combined into a larger bathroom with a dressing area. Throughout the project, the carpet and stairs were covered, even when the workers were gone for the day. Every night the area was cleaned and packed up and the garbage removed. There were challenges, as there always are: the subfloor had to be replaced, as did the bottom of a few studs. Alex showed me the issues, clearly laid out the options, and let me choose.
