AC Remodeling Inc. Design Build

Bathroom Remodeling

Baths built like hotel suites.

Designed, waterproofed and built by one team.

Remodeled bathroom with freestanding tub, marble tile shower and navy double vanity

The smallest room, the highest tolerance for craft.

A bathroom hides its quality behind the tile. We waterproof to manufacturer spec, flood-test before setting a single sheet, and laser-level every plane so the lines land where they should.

You approve a photo-real 3D rendering and a detailed proposal before demolition, then one project manager and one crew see it through to completion.

FAQs

Bathroom questions, answered.

How long does a bathroom remodel take?

Active construction typically runs three to six weeks, depending on scope. A full gut renovation with plumbing or layout changes takes longer. We provide a detailed schedule before construction begins so you know each phase in advance.

Do I need permits for a bathroom remodel?

Most full bathroom remodels require building and electrical permits through Maryland and Washington DC, and any plumbing changes go through WSSC. We manage the entire permitting process, applications, scheduling, and inspections as part of our service.

Can we use the bathroom during construction?

If you have more than one bathroom, most homeowners keep using the others with no issue. For single-bathroom homes, we work with you to plan around the disruption and keep the timeline as tight as possible. We use dust control and daily cleanup to protect the rest of your home throughout.

Does AC Remodeling take on partial bathroom projects?

No, we focus exclusively on full-scope design-build bathroom transformations, not minor cosmetic updates like vanity swaps or shower fixes. Handling the entire process ensures total quality control and a fully, 100% waterproof build.
