Kitchen & Bath Remodeling in North Potomac, MD
North Potomac homes were largely built from the 1970s through the early 2000s, which means original kitchens, closed floor plans and unfinished basements. That combination is what AC Remodeling specializes in.

Remodeling in North Potomac
What a North Potomac project looks like.
Dufief, Potomac Chase and the Willows of Potomac share a pattern: generous square footage divided into rooms that no longer match how families use a house. The kitchen is closed off from the family room, the primary bath has a corner tub and a small shower, and the basement is framed but never finished.
Our design work here concentrates on connection and light, testing which walls can be opened and what that requires structurally, then laying out the kitchen around a working island rather than a peninsula that blocks traffic.
Because we are based a few minutes away in Gaithersburg, North Potomac projects get frequent project manager visits and quick answers. Permits are filed with Montgomery County DPS and inspections are scheduled as part of the build.

Primary baths in the Willows of Potomac usually pair a corner tub with a cramped shower. Rebuilt, the same footprint holds a larger shower with frameless glass, a double vanity and a linen wall, with waterproofing installed as a complete system.

Many basements here were framed by the builder and never finished. We complete them as real living space with a family room, bar, guest bedroom and full bath, and because we are minutes away in Gaithersburg the project manager stops by often.
